Business development is responsible for creating, building and maintain client relationships while sponsoring interaction to obtain projects. This role assists in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients including sales pitches, business plans, contract negotiations and client presentations.
Education, Experience & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 3-5 years of previous industry experience in sales
- Demonstrated proven sales results in Engineering Services, Fabrication of Midstream Systems, and Automation Technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Proficient computer skills

- Brainstorming with business development team to create new project strategies
- Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients
- Managing company and client expectations
- Reviewing timeframes and budgets
- Creating sales pitches
