Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cabinet Assembly Specialist at CAM Millwork. As a Cabinet Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling cabinets according to specifications and quality standards. You will also assist in the preparation and finishing of cabinet components. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure and Cut Materials: Accurately measure and cut melamine, particle board, MDF, and plywood to specified dimensions.
Drilling and Assembly: Skillfully drill, assemble, and secure components to create sturdy and precise cabinets, countertops, and fixtures.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to understand the requirements and dimensions of the project.
Tool Operation: Operate various hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently to complete tasks.
Quality Control: Inspect assembled products for accuracy, alignment, and quality, making necessary adjustments to ensure a flawless finish.
Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, and report any issues or needed repairs promptly.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
