Phone Sales / Telemarketer / Appointment Setter

Location :  Fleming Island, FL (in-person for part-time and full-time positions)

Role Overview :  This role offers a path to a fulfilling career in wealth management, where successful candidates can advance to become licensed investment advisors. You’ll work closely with high-net-worth clients and collaborate with the sales team to deliver tailored financial solutions that meet clients' goals. In addition to earning a competitive hourly wage, our incentive program offers substantial income potential. All leads, training by top producers, and licensing support are provided.

Responsibilities :

  • Day-to-Day Sales Engagement :  Use provided leads to reach out to prospective clients, build rapport, and educate them about Camarda’s services.
  • Sales Process Management :  Drive the sales process from initial contact through to the close of the sale, ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
  • Client Follow-Up and Relationship Building :  Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients, building strong, trust-based relationships and coordinating with the broader sales team.
  • Sales Team Development :  Contribute to the development of the sales team, sharing insights and helping to create a supportive, growth-focused environment.
  • Professional Development :  Participate in regular mentorship and training opportunities with senior executives, including VP Sales Officers, to continually refine your skills and advance in your career.

Qualifications :

  • Preferred track record of success in sales, particularly in setting appointments and closing deals.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships with clients.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Driven, detail-oriented, and committed to client trust and satisfaction.
  • A desire to learn and grow within a collaborative team setting.
