Responsibilities :
- Day-to-Day Sales Engagement : Use provided leads to reach out to prospective clients, build rapport, and educate them about Camarda’s services.
- Sales Process Management : Drive the sales process from initial contact through to the close of the sale, ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
- Client Follow-Up and Relationship Building : Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients, building strong, trust-based relationships and coordinating with the broader sales team.
- Sales Team Development : Contribute to the development of the sales team, sharing insights and helping to create a supportive, growth-focused environment.
- Professional Development : Participate in regular mentorship and training opportunities with senior executives, including VP Sales Officers, to continually refine your skills and advance in your career.
