We are looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven individual to join our team as an Internal Outreach Specialist (IOS) . In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving studio growth by engaging with leads, scheduling intros, and ensuring potential members feel welcomed and informed about Orangetheory Fitness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement : Proactively contact new leads within 1 hour of inquiry submission. Use a combination of text, phone calls, and email to engage, nurture, and convert leads to booked intros.
- Intro Booking : Schedule and confirm intros for prospective members using Orangetheory’s CRM system while building excitement for their first visit.
- Show Rate Optimization : Maintain strong follow-up communication with booked intros to ensure attendance, including reminders, confirmation calls, and sharing studio details.
- Relationship Building : Build meaningful connections with leads by asking insightful questions about their goals, motivations, and ultimate reasons for pursuing fitness.
- Multi-Studio Coordination : Manage lead engagement and booking efforts for up to five studios, ensuring consistent cadence and focus across all assigned locations.
- Data Management : Track and document all lead interactions using internal tools and Excel sheets. Regularly update profiles to ensure accuracy and detailed reporting.
- Self-Management : Work independently in a remote environment, staying organized and on-task to meet daily and weekly goals.
