Regional Fitness Director :
The Regional Fitness Director will be responsible for overseeing the fitness and training standards across multiple Orangetheory Fitness studios. This role will ensure that every location upholds Orangetheory's commitment to delivering exceptional fitness experiences through highly effective workout program delivery, a high-performance coaching team, and consistent, high-quality member engagement.
Job Responsibilities :
Train, mentor, and develop Head Coaches for ongoing success and future growth through weekly studio visits and quarterly Head Coach performance reviews.
Responsible for facilitating quarterly Learn and Burns within their assigned market. Content for the workshop will be provided by the Director of Fitness.
Responsible for hosting OTFit Certifications as needed within their assigned market.
Responsible for monitoring the Post-Cert Development Plan and Shadowing for Studio Directors / Head Coaches who have new coaches.
Responsible for Post OTfit Certification Shadowing Testout using a Coach Performance Review and submitting Post-Cert Development Plan to the Director of Fitness.
Responsible for collaborating with the Regional Director in order to meet performance metrics (KPI) goals.
Will be required to coach a minimum of 6 classes per week within their assigned market.
Will be required to attend all scheduled meetings and learning opportunities provided by the Director of Fitness.

Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an OTF Head Coach
- Proven experience in training, coaching, and providing feedback
- Must be fully certified with the following credentials :
NCCA primary certification from OTF approved providers list
Adult CPR / AED certification
OTFit Certificate Program - Phase 1
