What You’ll Do:
As Director of Rehabilitation & Respiratory Therapy, you will:

• Lead & oversee the daily operations of the Rehabilitation and Respiratory Therapy departments, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Mentor and develop a skilled team of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, and Cardiopulmonary Specialists.
• Enhance patient outcomes by implementing the latest treatment techniques and creating individualized therapy plans.
• Drive departmental success through budgeting, strategic planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Engage with the community through health fairs, outreach programs, and patient education efforts.

Position Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program (typically equating to at least 5 years of formal education or training), or Bachelor's Degree required.

• Experience: Previous experience as a Director of Rehabilitation or Director of Occupational Therapy preferred. Minimum of three years of experience as an Occupational Therapist required.

• Preferred Skills:
• Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong interpersonal and technical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills.

• Certifications/Registrations:
• Registered in the state of Kansas as an Occupational Therapist, with required continuing education to maintain registration.
• CPR Certification.

Pay: $84,000.00 per year
