Job details:
Title: Echo Tech - Radiology
Location: Augusta, GA
Shift: Days 5x8-Hour (7:00AM - 3:30PM)
Hours per week: 40
Contract duration: 13 weeks with the possibility of extension
Job Duties:
- Proficiency in performing 2D, M-mode, and Doppler echocardiograms (pulsed wave, continuous wave, and color flow).
- Ability to obtain high-quality diagnostic images of the heart's chambers, valves, and vessels.
- Ability to take precise measurements of cardiac structures and blood flow.
- Thorough understanding of the structure and function of the heart
- Knowledge of heart diseases and abnormalities.
- Attention to detail is crucial for obtaining accurate images and recognizing subtle abnormalities.
- Effective communication with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Capable of performing- Adult Echo, Dobutamine Stress Echo, Bubble Studies, LV Contrast Studies. Familiar with Meditech and GE CCCW for reporting.
- At least 1 year of experience required
- ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS)
- BLS from AHA
