Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist-HR
Location: Aurora, CO 80045
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $30-$45/hour
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Employee Relations
- Certifications: SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
- Licensure: None required
Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve employee relations issues to maintain a respectful work environment
- Conduct investigations and provide guidance on HR policies and labor laws
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement
- Collaborate with HR teams, legal, and management to ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation of employee relations cases and report trends
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour
