Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team for a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations and a passion for creating positive and productive workplace environments. This position is located in Aurora, Colorado, and offers a full-time schedule with 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (required).
- Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in employee relations (required).
- Certifications: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) (preferred).
