Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Shift Times: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Hours/Day: 12 hours/day
Hours/Week: 36 hours/week
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in long-term care or a similar setting required.
- Travel experience is required for this role.
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required.
- State License: Active Michigan LPN/LVN license required.
- COVID-19 vaccination is strongly encouraged. If declined, mask-wearing is mandatory.
Certification Requirements:
- BLS (AHA or ARC) certification required.
State License Requirements:
- Michigan LPN/LVN license required.
Additional License Requirements:
- License must be in hand upon submission.
Scheduling:
- Every other weekend required, along with 2 shifts during the week to complete 36 hours per week.
- Block scheduling CANNOT be guaranteed.
Additional Information:
- No on-call requirements.
- Weekend and holiday shifts required as needed.
- Applicants must be flexible with shift changes and scheduling requirements as set by the facility.
