Job Title: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Float Pool
Location: Asheville, NC
Start Date: 04/21/2025
Shift: Night Shift
Shift Hours: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Duration: 13 weeks
On Call: As required by facility
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes.
- Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and vital signs monitoring.
- Maintain accurate documentation in patient records.
- Support multiple units as part of the float pool.
Requirements:
- Active LPN license (NC or Compact State) – Required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med-Surg experience – Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (AHA) – Required
- Ability to float between units as needed – Required
- Flexibility for rotating weekends and holidays – Required
