Job Summary
Cambay Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting complex laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and other bodily fluids.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures in areas such as haematology, microbiology, immunology, and chemistry
- Conduct specimen collection processing, including venipuncture and specimen labeling
- Utilize knowledge of DNA isolation, RNA extraction, and assay techniques
- Maintain accurate records of all tests performed and results obtained
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality control procedures
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical lab science or medical technology - Required
- AMT or ASCP - Required
- Cerner Experience - Required
- Beckman Coulter analyzers Experience - Highly Preferred
- Remisol Experience - Highly Preferred
