Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg in Urbana, IL.
Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with Med Surg experience looking for an exciting travel opportunity? We have a 13-week assignment in Urbana, IL, with the possibility of extension.
Position Details
- Location: Urbana, IL
- Shift: Night, 3x12s
- Duration: 13 weeks (possible extension)
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Pay: $2500 - $2700 per week
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of Med Surg RN experience
- Active IL RN license
- BLS certification (AHA)
