Job Summary:

We are seeking an Echocardiographer to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing echocardiograms to assess heart function and support patient care.

Job details:

Title: Echo Tech - Radiology
Location: Augusta, GA
Shift: Days 5x8-Hour (7:00AM - 3:30PM)
Hours per week: 40
Contract duration: 13 weeks with the possibility of extension

Job Duties:

• Proficiency in performing 2D, M-mode, and Doppler echocardiograms (pulsed wave, continuous wave, and color flow).
• Ability to obtain high-quality diagnostic images of the heart's chambers, valves, and vessels.
• Ability to take precise measurements of cardiac structures and blood flow.
• Thorough understanding of the structure and function of the heart
• Knowledge of heart diseases and abnormalities.
• Attention to detail is crucial for obtaining accurate images and recognizing subtle abnormalities.
• Effective communication with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Capable of performing- Adult Echo, Dobutamine Stress Echo, Bubble Studies, LV Contrast Studies. Familiar with Meditech and GE CCCW for reporting.
• At least 1 year of experience required
• ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS)
• BLS from AHA

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,400.00 per week
