The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for presenting the community to prospective residents, leasing apartments, and providing customer service. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for presenting the community to prospective residents, leasing apartments, and providing customer service. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, manage time efficiently, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathers information regarding needs, and qualification of prospective resident.
- Conducts follow-up with prospects.
- Leases apartments by actively marketing and promoting the apartment community.
- Responsible for accurately and timely updating to CRM/Yardi input for all telephone, email, and walk-in traffic.
- Provides customer service per company service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum one-year sales and/or customer service experience in at least one of the following industries: property management, hospitality, retail, real estate.
- Apartment leasing experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook).
- Yardi experience preferred. CRM experience a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree or some college preferred.
