As a member of the Network Management and Strategy team, our Joint Venture Partnership Director oversees our joint venture primary care practices – all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience.

What You Bring to Cambia : Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum 15 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on primary care and joint venture partnerships.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining successful partnerships with physicians, practice managers, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation, quality, and customer-centricity.
- Executive presence, leadership and influence skills, and experience collaborating with complex organizations to improve their operating, financial, and strategic position.
- Expert understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Stark, and Anti-Kickback laws.

What You Will Do at Cambia :
The expected hiring range for a Joint Venture Partnership Director is $175,950-238,050 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 25%. The current full salary range for this role is $165,000-270,000.
