What You Bring To Cambia
Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (required), or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7 years of experience in technical project management, with demonstrated success in delivering complex software projects
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and AI/ML platforms
- Experience with MLOps and AI deployment pipelines
- Familiarity with enterprise project management tools (Clarity, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Experience with data governance and compliance requirements
- Experience working in the healthcare industry, including understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulations Experience working in the healthcare industry, including understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Program/project management certification (PMP, PgMP) strongly preferred
- Scrum Master certification or equivalent agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus
- Master's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of AI/ML development lifecycles, including model training, validation, and deployment
- Demonstrated high-level technical understanding of business requirements as they pertain to Project Management principles and the project lifecycle
- Proven experience with agile methodologies and software development best practices
- Experience managing dependencies across multiple technical workstreams and cross-functional teams
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate AI/ML concepts effectively
- Demonstrated success at meeting timelines, budgets, and requirements targets, and managing variances and risks
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Jira, Confluence, risk management frameworks)
- Leads and coordinates complex AI application development across multiple technical teams, including estimate collection, effective planning & dependency management, task definition, scope management, resource allocation and negotiation, risk mitigation, cost management, and stakeholder communication
- Creates and maintains plans and other documentation in compliance with established standards; including but not limited to: schedules and budgets, technical documentation such as architecture decisions and deployment plans, and plans for quality, resources, communications and risks
- Monitors and reports on the above documentation, including work effort tasks, deliverable status, costs, resources, issues, changes, and risks. This includes establishing and tracking technical success metrics, KPIs, and projecthealth metrics, and ensuring appropriate data is collected and analyzed to ensure work efforts are on target.
- Leads Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective agile practices across multiple workstreams
- Coordinates release management and deployment activities across multiple environments
- Facilitates technical decision-making processes and drive resolution of technical blockers
