We’ve raised a $31m Series A led by Kleiner Perkins with participation from Initialized Capital, Y Combinator, Felicis Ventures, Altos Ventures, and the founders and executives from Zillow, PlanGrid, Thumbtack, Bluebeam, Uber, Procore, and more.

Our team consists of architects, structural engineers, permitting experts, and workflow software specialists, all who have personally experienced the pain of permitting.

What You’ll Do :

As an early Sales Director, you'll work alongside the Head of Sales to bring PermitFlow to more general contractors, builders and developers who need help with their construction permitting

Managing and leading an existing team of quota-carrying account executives

Hiring top talent to join the team of high-performers

Helping the team hit their revenue and sales performance metrics to ensure PermitFlow scales rapidly and efficiently

Working alongside the marketing and sales development function to optimize pipeline generation

Building and implementing coaching and training programs for the sales team

Inspecting KPIs to ensure sales targets are met

Ensuring accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasting

Reviewing existing deals, projected forecasts and active pipelines

Qualifications & Fit :

B2B Software Sales Expert : Sold 5-6 figure ACV B2B software contracts and understands the teamwork, process management, and communication required to succeed

Entrepreneurial Minded : You love to move fast and solve pervasive and challenging technical problems

Gritty : You're not easily discouraged. When you put your mind towards a goal; consider it achieved

Learner : You're innately curious and willing to build a deeper understanding of underlying problems

Team Player : Highly communicative, collaborative, and committed to improving the team and others around you

Construction Experience : You've sold intro the construction industry and have a proven track record of success
