Position Summary
The Front Desk Associate will work on-site during office hours and is responsible for being the first impression for all visitors, showcasing a pleasant, professional, and customer service driven skillset. The Front Desk Associate will work to create a positive first impression as they greet clients, guests, and visiting employees at the corporate office and will provide various administrative support across the organization as needed and will ensure alignment with the company’s goals and objectives and representing the company’s core values.

Duties and Responsibilities
What you will do:
The qualified individual will work as an integral part of the Cambio team to perform the following essential job functions:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all phone, email, postal mail communications.
- Greet, welcome, and announce the arrival of any office guests. Provide assistance to the meeting location and/or provide customer service at the door, as needed.
- Receiving all inbound customer service calls and relay them to their respective department for prompt resolution. Log and track inbound calls and send caller information to the respective manager/department for continued follow up until there is a resolution. Follow up if the resolving department does not respond immediately.
- Complete various general administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies, sorting mail, data entry, and excel spreadsheet maintenance.
- Work as a member of the Cambio team, displaying a willingness to provide back‐up support for coworkers when appropriate and on general projects as needed.
- Arrange for front desk coverage in advance of any planned Paid Time Off. Work directly with employees to manage a regular lunch coverage schedule, PTO, and backup options for unexpected absences.
- Position may require flexible hours, evenings, or weekends on occasion.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What you should have:
- Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have reliable transportation to work.
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and specifically Outlook.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills.
- Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed orientated and self-starting.
- Team oriented with an exceptionally strong work ethic and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills, problem solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Poised and polished professional with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong judgement and decision-making skills.
