What You’ll Do: You’ll lead the daily operations of a landscape construction crew, ensuring each project is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality. You’ll bring vision to life and lead your team with skill and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day site operations: layout, crew direction, scheduling, safety enforcement
- Execute high-end construction elements: grading, drainage, irrigation, lighting, hardscape, masonry, planting, carpentry
- Train and mentor crew members to uphold Cambium’s standards
- Coordinate with PMs on timelines, deliveries, and progress reporting
- Read and implement plans and specs with accuracy
- Keep a safe, organized jobsite (OSHA/L&I compliant)
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams as needed
Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on landscape construction experience, including team leadership
- Ability to motivate crews in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- WA driver’s license clean driving record
- Able to lift 60 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
- English-Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, but not required-we welcome all qualified applicants.
What We Offer:
Available after 60-day probation for full-time employees
- Competitive Wage: $30-$38 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
