- Location: Fort Worth, TX
- Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year bonus benefits
An extremely reputable high-end nation-wide developer/construction group operating across Texas and I are seeking an Interior Design Manager, for the development of a vast and ambitious Ultra-Luxury Community development in Fort Worth, Texas.
The overall development will be well in excess of $600m, and in terms of Longevity of employment, there will be at least 10 years of development.
You will Oversee the design vision for the project, coordinating with consultants, vendors, and the development team to manage architectural and engineering drawings, customer selections, and construction handoffs while mentoring design assistants and leading project meetings. This will be a Customer Facing role and therefore interpersonal skills will be excellent.
Prerequisites for position
- Min 7 years senior level construction experience with significant ultra-luxury single-family developments/communities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Outstanding 1-1 client facing skills.
