The Role

As a founding member of Cambri’s first U.S. office, you’ll serve as an Account Executive, building on the progress we’ve achieved over the past year. You’ll engage new and existing clients through thorough discovery, positioning Cambri’s platform to optimize their success in launching innovative products. You will report directly to the Sales Director and work closely with various departments to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.

Your Journey with Us

  • 3 Months In: You’ll be running effective discovery sessions and first meetings, whilst meeting your pipeline generation (PG) goals. High performers will be closing their first deals or proof-of-concept (POC) agreements.
  • 6 Months In: You’ll have closed your first deals and secured 3 new POCs, preparing for your first fully ramped quarter.
  • 12 Months In: You’ll surpass your annual target through a mix of new business and upsells, while contributing to a positive office culture and guiding new team members.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline (PG) within enterprise consumer brands across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Manage a “land and expand” sales approach, with potential to oversee seven-figure accounts.
  • Work with Customer Success and Product teams to help clients get the most from Cambri’s platform.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in Salesforce.com.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to support company growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in a closing role (industry experience not required).
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: As part of our U.S. launch, you’ll help shape our early efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close deals with mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach) and processes.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with an interest in helping brands succeed.
