Pre-K Counts Assistant Teacher
General Description : The Assistant Teacher is responsible for participating in a cohesive teaching team, assisting with the coordination of curriculum, and helping to assist in management of the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom.
Assistant Teachers must understand the children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged.
Requirements : Associate's Degree from an accredited College / University in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education or Elementary Education.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children. Must be able to obtain Child Abuse, State Police, FBI Fingerprints, and NSOR verification.
