The Cambria County Transit Authority is seeking motivated and qualified candidates for the following position:
Customer Service Reservationist (Full-time): Ebensburg office. Responsible for answering incoming calls, taking trip reservations for all services, including the Medical
Assistance Transportation Program (MATPJ, in a concise and accurate manner and inputting reservations into the software system while providing effective customer service. This position is also responsible for maintaining client files.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Must have at least 3 years' experience in either transportation operations and/or customer service and experience with computer operations and applications.
- Safety-sensitive position - subject to random drug and alcohol screenings as governed by FTA regulations and Authority policy.
- Payrate: $19.00 per hour
