Essential Duties & Responsibilities
o Overseeing the sales pipeline, identifying potential leads, and ensuring timely follow-up to close deals
o Fostering strong relationships with key clients, addressing customer concerns, and maximizing customer satisfaction
o Develop, implement / execute and monitor the annual marketing plans for each of the managed hotels.
o Demonstrate a high level of integrity, take ownership of personal and team actions, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, nurture a positive, professional work environment, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
o College or higher-level education / Equivalent Work Experience
o Minimum 3 years of hotel industry sales and marketing experience with at least 1 year at corporate level
o Must be strong leader, self-motivator, team builder.
o Bring about innovation and guide managers to manage change.
o Build positive relationships with the team.
o Carry out total revenue management.
o Create opportunities for the Company.
o Plan and create financial budget and plan.
o Track divisional performance and develop incentives to help achieve results.
o Track sales and marketing outcomes.
o Train the workforce for service excellence.
Primary Functions :
o Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and nurture business partnerships
o Lead the process of developing, with the active participation of the General Managers and the corporate team leaders, the annual Marketing Plan for each hotel.
o Actively participate in and support the process of developing the annual Business Plan for each hotel.
o Stay knowledgeable of and regularly evaluate all brand marketing programs.
o Monitor revenue and operating results and compare revenue outcomes with budgets.
