We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Cambria Hotel Lake Placid. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing all necessary repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure a safe, attractive, and efficiently operated hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Suite Care to maintain suites for guest satisfaction
- Complete maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Work on improvement projects and preventative maintenance programs as directed
About the Position:
This role requires a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for communicating effectively with guests, managers, and fellow employees to ensure a smooth operation of the hotel.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel or related field maintenance experience preferred
- A working ability with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is needed, and formal training in at least one of these disciplines is preferred
- English skills are required
