Cambria Hotel Rehoboth Beach is the newest hotel in the area as well as the only branded full-service hotel in Rehoboth. We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Front Office Supervisor at this location.
We are looking for an individual that is excited to assist with providing exceptional service for all guest stays. We want this individual to take ownership and care deeply for the product that we are offering to all guests. Excellence in all areas is our mission - and it all begins with friendliness and care! Experience in a leadership role in the service industry is required.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Oversee operations at the front desk and ensure delivery of top quality guest service at all times
- Assist with implementing a training program that instills our service model in all Guest Service Representatives placing a large emphasis on employee development
- Review and respond to all online guest reviews through third party channels and Medallia via Choice Central - bringing attention to the General Manager when there is an item that needs attention
- Assist the General Manager with the recruitment, hiring, and retention of Guest Services staff
- Interact and engage with hotel guests in person, via email, and over the phone - assisting with guest inquiries and making an effort to mitigate and guest complaints
- Maintain inventory of the front desk area - office supplies, collateral, and marketplace / gift shop items
- Create the weekly schedule for the Guest Services team
- Conduct periodic team meetings with the Guest Services staff with an effort to improve training and communication with policies and procedures
- Encourage Guest Service Representatives to ask for online reviews from happy guests and to seek Choice Privileges enrollments
- Review time punches and complete bi-weekly department payroll
- Assist the General Manager with reviewing and responding to credit card chargebacks
- Participate in daily management stand-up meetings and property walk throughs
- Assist with the marketing of the property through the property's social media channels. Create advertisements for events through Canva.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
