Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team at a hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet area, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet in a timely manner
- Ensure buffet items are fresh, visually appealing, and properly labeled
- Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
- Clear tables and clean up the breakfast area after service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Familiarity with meat cutting, coffee preparation, catering, bussing, and kitchen operations is advantageous
