Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and relay messages to guests or staff.
- Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role is preferred.
