Responsibilities
- Originate residential mortgage loans by soliciting business through multiple channels and negotiating price to meet company profitability objectives while ensuring compliance with established lending policies and procedures
- Advise and guide clients throughout the entire loan process
- Generate new business in the field by developing and nourishing relationships with realtors, builders and other industry professionals in the Minnesota market
- Effectively solicit, track and monitor all leads generated and provided by Cambria Mortgage
- Identify new business opportunities to meet personal, professional and company goals
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure customer service, loan quality and targets are achieved and/or exceeded
Qualifications
- Proven track record in mortgage sales
- Hold a current and valid state loan originator license
- Detail oriented, keeping up-to-date with the current market trends
- Knowledge of loan products and underwriting guidelines
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- Strong oral, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and time deadlines
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
