Cambria Property Management is currently seeking a part-time Property Management Maintenance Technician. Compensation is based on experience. Benefits are mileage reimbursement and monthly phone credit.
Responsibilities: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing basic maintenance for the properties we manage in Salt Lake, Davis, and Northern Utah Counties.
Responsibilities include:
Providing basic maintenance and landscaping for managed properties as assigned
Occasional weekend and after-hours work is required
Performance of routine preventative maintenance
Timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of our organization
Required Skills:
A full range of knowledge including general handyman skills, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, drywall, landscaping, HVAC and sprinkler repair.
Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
Ability to use smart phone, take pictures, use calendar, and complete work orders
Must be able to operate basic landscaping equipment
Must have your own tools, necessary for basic maintenance functions and have reliable transportation. (Truck is a plus)
Must be able to pass background check and have a clean driving record
Ability to handle physical workload - some heavy lifting is required
Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
