- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately while adhering to retail math principles.
- Create new drinks based on current trends for our rotating specialty cocktail menus.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations at all times.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.
- Increase bar sales using upselling strategies and maintaining positive professional relationships with hotel guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is required.
- Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
