Job Description :
As the Product Manager - Finance Inventory & Costing you define and support the building of processes and applications for internal systems over the product lifecycle. You excel at working with business owners to understand challenges and opportunities and at translating business needs into actionable requirements. You leverage deep knowledge of ERP manufacturing & inventory accounting and related systems to ensure applications are configured, developed and supported to maximize value returned and drive operational excellence. You have a passion for working with delivery teams on identifying and implementing solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Collaborates with key business owners, leadership and peers in Cambria to document needs, initiatives and value to produce the product roadmap and manage a program backlog
- Understands inventory accounting as well as process & discrete costing business processes, providing expert-level guidance and uncovering areas for process and system improvements
- Leads prioritization in partnership with business owners and key stakeholders. Must understand both external and internal user needs and roadblocks to be successful.
- Builds alignment across product teams and cross-functional leaders through clear communication and strategic influence - drive visibility and establish trust
- Prepares for and participates in quarterly Product Increment Planning sessions to ensure agreement and understanding by business owners, solutions architects, technical product owners, delivery teams and leadership
- Leads project initiatives, guiding user acceptance testing and ensuring the delivered solution meets requirements and provides value
- Supports Finance daily operations in the inventory and costing areas, coordinates issue resolution, provides guidance to cost accountants and technical product owners, and supports the month-end and year-end close process
- Defines and reports on key metrics to track progress on system roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
- Works closely with solutions architects, technical product owners and delivery teams to ensure recommendations are feasible and long-term platform ramifications are understood.
- Collaborates with other leaders to implement best-in-class product development and management practices.
- Deeply understands the Cambria business model, routes to market, and key user, customer and partner segments.
Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum Requirements :
Education : Bachelor's degree desired. Degree focus in Accounting & Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Experience : 4 years relevant work experience in financial application product management, business analysis, business relationship management, and managing systems from selection through launch and optimizing daily operations
Systems : Oracle Financials, Oracle Manufacturing, Oracle Inventory, Jira / Confluence, Google Suite, Lucid Chart

Cambria's starting salary range for this position is $110,000 - $148,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and / or training.
