About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Cambria. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading commercial construction projects throughout North America, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Responsibilities Include: Leading all activities from pre-construction through closeout of new construction projects; developing and maintaining an expert-level understanding of project scope, risks, and priorities; collaborating with design consultants and implementing project requirements; resolving constructability issues and interacting with field management on schedule progress; managing cost controls, project forecasts, and pay application reviews; implementing a disciplined project administration plan and ensuring project coordinators, vendors, and internal stakeholders are aligned; delivering financial updates, including spend forecasts, and analyzing new contracts, budgets, and change orders affecting existing contracts;
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree – Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar; 8 years of commercial construction experience; proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Apple Products; ability to work extended hours, travel for extended periods without restriction; 25% travel out of state, ability to travel to Canada.
