What are the responsibilities and job description for the Properties Maintenance (Seasonal) position at Cambria?
Job Description:
This position is responsible for performing overall maintenance and upkeep of the outdoor areas and properties of the Cambria Processing Facility and other off-site locations. Dates are estimated to be June 1st through the end of August.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the grounds, lawn, parking lots, ponds and all outdoor areas at numerous Cambria locations
- Load and haul propane tanks to and from multiple sites
- Operate lawn mowers, snow blowers, trucks, trailers, UTVs
- Install and maintain Christmas lights
- Inspect work performed to ensure it meets the required expectations and standards set by the company and leadership
- Perform regular preventative maintenance inspections on equipment
- Assist other maintenance employees with projects and tasks
- Keep work areas clean and orderly
- Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Properties Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Additional duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to become certified in forklift and genie lift
- Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years properties experience
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Basic math skills
- Mechanically inclined
- Industrial work experience
- High School Diploma or GED

Travel Requirements: To and from Cambria sites in a Cambria vehicle
Physical Requirements:
- Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings
- Lift up to 60 lbs.
- Push/pull 100 lbs.
- Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
- Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
- Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
- Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
- Bend over multiple times throughout shift
Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:
- Steel toed boots
- Hearing Protection
- Safety glasses
- Cut-proof gloves
- Latex gloves
- Face shield
- High visibility vest
Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $20.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This position may be eligible for a 15% shift differential which would be applied to the base hourly rate for all hours worked during designated overnight shift periods. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
