We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time RN Clinical Supervisor to work out of our corporate office in Long Beach. The RN Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for all Clinical, quality and training of our Skilled nursing program. Focused on teaching, coaching, and provide overall leadership
We are looking for someone who has a strong desire to provide outstanding leadership, care management and encourage the department to do the same!

Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure compassionate, high-quality care
- Train and mentor LVN staff on best practices
- Review, update and implement policies and procedures related to nursing needs
- Implement, and enforce clinical policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid CA state license.
- Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of primary care practices
- Ability to manage numerous tasks and people at the same time is frequently required to perform the essential functions of this job.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with healthcare trends.
