Job Description
The Field Service Representative will physically operate and maintain Cambrian's Wastewater Treatment Facility. This involves supporting commissioning and executing operations to maintain compliance with water quality standards. Additionally, the representative will assist the sales team with facility tours and communicate effectively with customers and the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about wastewater treatment standard practices and have experience working with a team of interdisciplinary engineers, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The minimum 5 years of progressive operations experience in industrial or municipal water or wastewater treatment facilities is essential. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with knowledge and operations experience of digestor systems, State of WI Class I or II wastewater licensing, and subclasses P- phosphorus nutrient removal, A1- suspended growth processes, A5- anaerobic treatment, or B- solids separation, C- biological sludge handling. The ability to work independently in the field as a representative of the company while managing competing priorities is also necessary. Valid Driver's License and extensive experience with laboratory equipment, water quality testing, and data collection are highly desired.
