What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Technician position at CAMBRIDGE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, LLC?
Our agency is seeking BT/ABA Therapists for Full Time and Part Time positions providing in-home and community ABA services working with children/young adults in the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) population in the following counties:
Morris, Sussex, Passaic, Union, Middlesex, Somerset, Essex, Hunterdon and Warren.
Starting rate is $27/hr. for candidates holding a BA. The hours of availability are after school and weekends for children/young adults ages 5 to 18. Opportunity to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and supervision.
Experience/Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of supervised experience working with children/young adults with ASD.
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• High School graduate with a minimum of 3 years experience working with children/young adults
with ASD.
• Bi-lingual a Plus!
Responsibilities Include:
• Implement Treatment Plans designed by BCBAs while providing 1:1 therapy in-home, school.
and/or community-based settings.
Utilize ABA principles and techniques under the supervision of a BCBA
• Work with clients of varying ages/skill level and clients who may demonstrate challenging
behaviors such as aggression and self-injury.
Complete Session Summaries for services provided.
Maintain confidential information for clients and families.
Communicate with supervisor about client programs regularly.
• Perform other duties as requested.

A reliable automobile, a computer, printer and ability to scan and email documents.
