The Admission Representative leads every aspect of the admissions process. The team members will work closely with the existing admission’s team. The person will be required to be competent with the internet process, see prospective students to help them achieve their career goals by taking them on tours of our campus as well as explaining our career programs. We are seeking a highly ethical and goal oriented driven candidate. We want the students to achieve their maximum personal growth and this process starts with the qualified and experienced Admissions Representative. We offer small classes with cutting edge industry equipment and provide online classes for the convenience of the students.
Job Functions:
· Enforce highly ethical standards
· Have extensive in-residence and online healthcare program experience
· Create a culture of positive thinking and personal growth for the students
· Lead us into being the very best school for students to grow
· Internet expertise and communication skills with staff
· Provide high level of customer service and develop a strong referral system
· Contact prospective students by phone and emails
· Conduct campus tour and interviews with prospective students, when needed
· Lead and perform day-to-day Admissions activities such as recruitment and enrollment
· Performs consistently to meet performance targets
· Closing and follow-up skills required.
· Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
· Ability to work independently and other duties as assigned
- Experience with Nursing Programs (Preferred).
Qualifications:
Please apply if you have experience as an Admissions Representative, preferably for nursing programs.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must have excellent written, oral communication skills and have experience in Microsoft Office and preferably CampusVue.
The Admissions representatives also must possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and telephone communication skills, self-initiative, self-motivated, organizational skills and the drive to succeed within our culture.
Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred
