We are currently searching for an experienced Legal Assistant (Practice Assistant) to provide temporary support for attorneys in our San Diego office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Assist with filing, scanning, and document management
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Three (3) or more years of experience as a legal assistant or secretary in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government entity
- A high school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
