Key Responsibilities:
- Teach a full course load of five classes and up to three preparations.
- Act as an advisor and provide educational guidance and general counseling to students in a supportive manner.
- Register student attendance daily and supervise student behavior according to the Student Handbook.
- Write reports on student progress with clear comments and targets for improvement.
- Develop course work, materials, and resources as directed by the Director of Academics.
- Design and administer lesson materials and assessments reflecting awareness of different learning styles and language skills.
- Support the advisory curriculum and House program as designated by the Director of Student Affairs.

- Adhere to standards and procedures detailed in the Faculty/Staff Handbook.
- Attend academic, departmental, and school meetings when required.
- Participate in weekend duties and study hall responsibilities as needed.
- Log requests for absences from work in school designated software.
- Promote a positive work experience for all Academy employees.
- Assist in providing a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.
- Comply with any reasonable request from the Head to undertake other work.
