POSITION : Application Development and Integration Leader
Summary :

The Application Development and Integration Leader will be responsible for leading and building teams focused on Salesforce, Mulesoft, API, and full stack development. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Continuous Delivery and SDLC compliance.
Key Result Areas :
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of developers and integration specialists.
- Technical Expertise : Provide technical guidance and expertise in Salesforce, Mulesoft, API development, and full stack development.
- Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of development projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Continuous Delivery : Implement and maintain Continuous Delivery practices to ensure rapid and reliable software releases.
- SDLC Compliance : Ensure all development processes adhere to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards and best practices.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Innovation : Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
- Problem Solving : Identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Perform additional duties as required.
