- Valid State of CT RN License required
- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Direct care experience in a long-term care setting, MDS Coordinator, Clinical Reimbursement Specialist or Nurse Assessment Coordinator experience
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing MDS, Electronic Medical Record (EMR), PDP, MDS 3.0, Medicaid, and Medicare requirements helpful
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and communicate clearly with various stakeholders
