Job Summary: As part of the Human Resources team, you will help us build a talented, highly capable workforce, coach managers to greater effectiveness, and help our people be successful. In this role you will be a generalist who is responsible for assisting managers with employee relations, compensation, performance management, talent development, policy interpretation, and employment law compliance. As the primary contact point for your assigned business unit, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our front-line leaders and their teams, building strong, influential partnerships and providing innovative solutions to complex HR challenges. You’ll be supported in your work by the other members of the Human Resources department who provide services to you and your employee groups in Recruiting, HR Operations, Payroll, and Benefits.

Essential Duties
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide strategic HR guidance to achieve organizational objectives and foster long term relationships
- Employee Relations: Deliver counsel on employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on conflict resolution and performance management to achieve optimal results.
- Performance Management: Support the performance review process, provide coaching and feedback to managers, and support the development of performance improvement plans and goal attainment.
- Talent Management: Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, develop workforce plans, and implement strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and trends.
- Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders for informed decision-making.
Education & Experience
The ideal candidate would possess an intermediate level of experience, typically around 5 or more years, with HR practices, employment laws, regulation, conflict resolution, performance management and employee relations.
Certificates & Licenses
SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
Compensation: $65,000-$85,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
