The ideal candidate will have an intermediate level of experience experience in operational risk management, with a strong focus on money movement and error resolution.
Certificates & Licenses
Compensation: $55,000-$65,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.

Essential Duties
- Train and mentor new and existing associates and financial professionals on complex operational processes.
- Manage internal and external escalations professionally and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for the team and financial professionals, independently troubleshooting new and challenging situations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial professionals and internal associates by understanding business needs, company procedures, and providing effective solutions.
- Conduct trend analysis to identify and mitigate potential operational risks.
- Partner with Service Experience teams to provide education and valuable insights for financial professionals.
- Stay up to date on industry regulations and firm policies, applying this knowledge to daily responsibilities.
