Job Summary:
The Technology Liaison within our Practice Management team will play a crucial role in supporting financial professionals by helping them analyze, implement, and manage business and technology solutions. This individual will consult on technology strategy, research emerging tools, and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors to enhance our Value Added Technology Program. This role is responsible for consulting on technology strategies, researching and recommending third-party solutions, and supporting firmwide initiatives to improve efficiency and innovation within financial services.

You’ll work closely with financial professionals to enhance their operational efficiency, contribute to strategic technology initiatives, and help drive innovation within the industry. Essential Duties
The ideal candidate would possess an intermediate level of experience, typically around 5 or more years, with business consulting and/or vendor management, preferably within the financial industry.
Certificates & Licenses
Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) certification or a commitment to obtaining it is required for this role.
Compensation: $50,000-$65,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.

- Consultation & Implementation: Work closely with financial professionals to assess firm technology offerings and recommend solutions that align with business needs and budget constraints.
- Vendor Management: Research, evaluate, and negotiate with third-party technology providers for inclusion in the Value Added Technology Program. Maintain relationships with existing vendors and recruit new technology partners.
- Technology Demonstrations & Marketing: Conduct technology demonstrations for prospective financial professionals and recruits to showcase the firm’s technology support and solutions.
- Coaching & Consulting: Provide individualized coaching and consulting to financial professionals on best practices for leveraging technology in their business.
- Industry Research & Training: Stay informed on the latest technology trends in financial services and broker/dealer operations. Develop best practice guides on efficiency, electronic marketing, and emerging industry technology.
- Event & Recruiting Support: Recruit technology vendors to sponsor conferences and participate in Recruiting Home Office Visits to showcase technology solutions to prospective financial professionals.
- Reporting & Metrics: Generate reports from CRM, Compass, and other internal systems to track program metrics and provide insights to administration.
- Presentations & Public Speaking: Deliver engaging presentations to financial professionals and recruits, demonstrating how technology solutions can enhance their practice.
