Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and expertise to our development team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the architecture, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. As a senior team member, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that our software meets business needs and aligns with industry best practices. Essential Duties :

Technical Leadership & Architecture :

Provide technical guidance to the development team, influencing architectural decisions, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Mentorship & Skill Development :

Mentor junior developers, fostering their technical skill growth and professional development.

Agile Methodology Participation :

Engage fully in Agile development processes, from sprint planning, estimation, and backlog grooming, to deployment and retrospectives, ensuring continuous value delivery.

Collaboration with Stakeholders :

Work closely with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to iteratively deliver software that meets business objectives and customer needs.

Problem Solving & Debugging :

Analyze and resolve complex technical issues across the full software stack, pinpointing root causes and developing effective solutions to maintain system stability.

Performance & Security Optimization :

Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, security risks, and scalability challenges to ensure the reliability and security of our applications.

System Architecture & Design :

Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure software solutions in alignment with business requirements and industry standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design system architectures, database schemas, and API interfaces that support seamless functionality across platforms.

DevOps & CI / CD Integration :

Work closely with DevOps Engineers to facilitate automated deployment through a CI / CD pipeline across multiple environments, ensuring smooth releases and application monitoring in production.

Application Support & Maintenance :

Provide ongoing support for deployed applications, addressing bugs, implementing updates, and ensuring optimal system performance.

Education & Experience :

Masters degree from college or university; and 5-7 years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates & Licenses :

Advanced experience and / or certification in Mulesoft strongly desired.

Compensation : $130,000-$155,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidates qualifications, the Companys operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
