Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and transparent collaboration within the team.Design System & Style Guide Maintenance : Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all products.Update and refine components based on evolving design trends and user feedback.Cross-Platform Design : Ensure that designs are responsive and work seamlessly across different browsers and operating systems to render data properly based on screen size(s) detected.Adapt designs for accessibility, ensuring that all users, including those with disabilities, have a positive experience.Education & Experience : The ideal candidate would possess an advanced level of experience and / or education, typically around 10 or more years, with Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Preferred Skills : Proven work experience as a UI / UX Developer, Front-End Developer, or a similar roleProficiency in front-end development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React .Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practicesExcellent problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to innovate and come up with new ideas for product featuresCompensation : $95,000-$130,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidates qualifications, the Companys operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
