What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Custodian position at Cambridge-Isanti School District 911?
Qualifications/Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required. Successful background check required.
Boiler engineer's license required within 90 days of hire.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
General knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical and carpentry trades; thorough knowledge of the hazards of the work and the necessary safety precautions; thorough knowledge of building maintenance techniques; thorough knowledge of the tools and
equipment used in repairing mechanical, plumbing and electrical equipment; thorough knowledge of cleaning materials, supplies and equipment; thorough knowledge about building fixtures and equipment, ability to plan, organize and direct building maintenance
projects; ability to read and interpret diagrams and blueprints; ability to maintain records and prepare reports; ability to operate a variety of building maintenance equipment safely and efficiently; ability to establish and maintain effective working conditions with
associates and school officials.

Specific Tasks:
