Job Goal : Responsible for the academic services and overseeing the implementation process of the Summer CATS Camp STEM program at Cambridge Middle School.

STIPEND $3,300
Job Responsibilities :
To attend Mandatory Planning Meetings before the start of the summer program as needed to plan and prepare for the Summer CATS Camp STEM Program (Days & Times TBD)
Meet with the Program Manager as needed before the summer session begins.
To be physically present during program hours daily (before students arrive and have been picked up) and assist in all daily activities. To oversee the implementation of academic programs, and collaborate with staff to design engaging lessons, and activities to improve individual learning outcomes. Keep good records required by the Program Manager for program compliance. Supervise students, and communicate with parents, staff, and project partners to offer support. Ensure the safety of all students throughout the program hours and the arrival & departure process of all students. Communicate with parents to encourage involvement and student participation. Act as a liaison between the Program Manager and teachers, communicate daily with all teachers, provide assistance when needed, collect and check lesson plans, and coordinate, train, & oversee Aides. The Site Coordinator will work with the Program Manager to plan schedules, collect attendance and academic data, and perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager and / or Director to complete data collection set forth by 21st CCLC grant compliance.
Attendance of all meetings is included in this stipend ( Required additional days beginning May 2, 2025- July 2, 2025 for planning, inventory, and data collection) Dates and Times TBD as needed up to a total of 4 hours.
Qualifications :
Current Ohio Teaching License in Education
Able to be in attendance physically during the Summer CATS Camp program
Able to stay until ALL students are picked up
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Experience as a Site Coordinator for the 21st CCLC After-school program is highly recommended.
Able to attend all planning and preparation meetings (Days & Times TBD)
